VegOut Information

Housing:
The Clarion has a special rate of $79.00 for attendees (up to 4 people per room).
Free vegan breakfast for guest staying at the Clarion. The Clarion Web site.
For reservations call the Clarion at 904-741-1997 and request the Florida VegOut 2010 rate.

Limited number of rooms available for your companion animals, call the Clarion to see if there is space:
Limit of two animals per room, 25lb weight limit per animal, $25.00 non-refundable deposit per animal per stay, Deposit must be charged at the time of check in.

Additional Lodging near the Clarion Hotel

Meals:
VegOut meals are Vegan and served Buffet style. The hotel will use recipes supplied by VegEvents.
For anyone with special food needs, please get in touch with VegEvents well before the event. Large mall and many restaurants 2 miles away (5 min.)

Registration Costs:
The Clarion seating is limited to around 180. PLEASE register early for best rates.
